White Chocolate Pistachio Bark

2 11oz. bags of white chocolate

1 6oz bag of  dried cherries

1 6 oz bag of pistachios, peeled


Melt chocolate until smooth using double boiler or in microwave safe bowl

Add remaining ingredients and stir until fully incorporated

Spread chocolate mixture on baking pan lined with wax paper, parchment paper or silicone baking sheet

Place in refrigerator for up to 30 minutes

Break into pieces
