Chef Christopher Casner - Owner Operator

Chef Christopher Casner has always worked in kitchens from a young age. His passion led him to take his skills to the next level by enrolling and graduating from Johnson and Wales University Charleston with a degree in culinary arts in 1994. Chef Chris continued his career by opening several restaurants in the Raleigh, NC area for a local restaurant group, but he fell in love with Charleston and the culinary scene.

After moving back to Charleston in 2008, driven by a passion for culinary excellence that has simmered for decades, Chris was finally ready to embark on a savory journey of his own. With a wealth of experience and a flavor palette refined over the years, he launched his own catering business, bringing a lifetime of culinary expertise to every plate.
